Information on menus, prices, opening hours, and events is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Images are illustrative. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete or current at all times.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Messages sent through the contact form are requests, not confirmed contracts, until we reply in writing (including email) confirming details. Event or catering bookings may be subject to separate written terms.
4. In-café purchases
Food and drink sold in the café are subject to Irish consumer law. Please tell our team about allergies before ordering. Retail products are sold as described at the point of sale.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, design, logos, and photographs are owned by Café Spéire or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website (including attempting to disrupt security, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive or unlawful content through forms).
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Café visits remain subject to the ordinary duty of care owed to guests.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU.
